Freight and Packing: |

- Goods will be shipped as soon as possible after an order is received
- We basically ship orders by postage and COURIER
- Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days from the time your package
leaves our store. Business day delivery service excludes Holidays & Weekends.
Shipping charges are based on the size, weight, shipping box
dimension, your location and packing materials required.
- Please note that merchandise cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- These are courier estimated times of delivery.cannot guarantee any delivery dates due to the holiday season.
- Goods are shipped after payment is received.

- Shipping rates depend on the total sales, it is calculated automatically to the Customer excluding packaging and shipment insurance.
- Australian and New Zealand Customers:
- Goods are sent by Australia Post. Postage and packing charges (according
to weight and size of packages) are included in the invoice we forward at the
time of shipping. Note that the total cost of the web order does not have
shipping costs included.
- International Customers:
- Goods are sent by Australia Post unless otherwise stated.

- Australian and New Zealand Customers:
- Items can be returned if damaged or
shipped in error - your account will be credited automatically.
- International Customers:
- Damaged items should not be returned to us - please
inform us of the relevant code nos. and your account will be credited. Alternatively,
replacements will be sent if requested (free of postage charge).
Credit will not be given for a change of mind or for goods purchased more than
one month previous to the invoice date.
